INTRODUCTION

Truwellness Online is an online store in the organic and natural product industry.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Truwellness Online and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Truwellness Online.

The provision of goods and services by Truwellness Online is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Truwellness Online will contact you with options.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

All orders are dispatched via the Post Office, courier service or international air mail. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Truwellness Online.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Truwellness Online within one working day of receiving it. We will then plan for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback on to the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and Truwellness Online itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Truwellness Online within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick, we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on your account.

Customer Privacy Policy

Truwellness Online shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Truwellness Online respects your privacy. This means that all the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Truwellness Online bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Truwellness Online via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Truwellness Online takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Pricing Disclaimer

We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other companies’ websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down.

Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but have not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.

Prices listed on any other websites may not be accepted. We sell our products through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Truwellness Online chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: 15 Lourensford Rd, Somerset West.

Truwellness Online may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
