African Potato Capsules are used by traditional healers in the treatment of immune system disorders, the product contains an antioxidant that helps the body against free radicals that can damage cells and cause disease.
Researchers have found that the plant sterols and sterolins, which are found in high concentrations in the African potato, increase the functioning of T-cells, which control and regulate the immune system. Our African Potato is bought from local communities in Mpumalanga Province, South Africa and traditionally processed by grating and then drying in the sun before grinding and encapsulation in capsules of vegetable origin.
