Essential Oil Cedarwood is known to have a calming and soothing effect on the mind, relieving tension and anxiety which makes it ideal for use in meditation. Cedarwood is a powerful antiseptic and is known for being very effective in treating bronchial and urinary tract infections. Cedarwood oil also makes a good mosquito and insect repellent. As an astringent, Cedarwood oil offers benefits to oily skin and may assist in the treatment of acne.

HOW TO USE
- For respiratory problems add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
- Add to humidifier to assist with respiratory issues
- Burn in your home to drive away mosquitoes, flies and other insects
- Add 2-3 drops to your oil burner
- Add 2 to 3 drops to a teaspoon of your carrier oil to make a massage or bath oil blend
