Lemongrass is one of the most popular essential oils for repelling insects and is a safe option for your pets. It is called the ‘connective’ essential oil as it is known to be effective for toning the skin and connective muscles. It may also be useful in the treatment of sprains and strains and after sports injuries.

HOW TO USE
- Add a few drops to your oil burner
- Add 2-3 drops to a carrier oil to make a massage or bath oil blend
- Compress: 10 drops per 100ml of water. Add the drops to a cold cloth and apply to sore muscles or injuries
- Add 10 drops to 50mls of water to make a spray that can be used on pets and in the home
Warning: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and away from eyes. May be a skin irritant so do a patch test before applying. If pregnant or in doubt, seek professional advice. Do not use unblended on the skin.
