- Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga Racemosa) is used for menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes/flushes, irritability, mood swings and sleep disturbances. It is also used for PMS, menstrual irregularities and uterine spasms.
- Chasteberry (Vitex Agnus Castus) Regulates the activity of the female sex hormones.
