Magnesium B6 | B12 | Folic Acid is for muscle spasm, cramps, and tension, magnesium deficiency, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), asthma, cardiovascular health, Addison’s disease, constipation, fatigue, hyperthyroidism (thyrotoxicosis), epilepsy, premenstrual tension syndrome, spasms (digestive & intestinal), spasms (nervous tics), kidney stones, calcification, spastic colon, dry eyes, glaucoma, high blood pressure (hypertension), headaches and migraines. B6, B12, and folic acid aid absorption.
Dosage:
1-2 capsules 1-2 times per day depending on the severity of the condition
Ingredients of Magnesium B6 B12 Folic Acid:
Magnesium glycinate 480mg, Pyridoxine 30mg, Vit B12 0.01mg, Folic acid 0.75mg
