WONDERBALM INGREDIENTS:
Beeswax can form a protective layer on the skin. It’s also a substance that will keep the skin moist, which means that it attracts water. Both of these qualities can help the skin stay hydrated. Beeswax is also a natural exfoliator, ideal for sloughing away dead skin cells.
Raw honey helps balance the bacteria on your skin, which makes it a great product to use for acne. Manuka honey has been studied as an anti-acne product and found to be significantly more effective than other popular products. Honey also speeds up your skin cells’ ability to heal.
The anti-inflammatory properties of Rosemary extract help to reduce swelling and puffiness of the skin. It also helps to heal burns and soothe the skin. This herb’s medicinal qualities make it a powerful cure for chronic skin conditions including dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis.
Carrot seed oil is cold-pressed from the carrot seeds, and it is used in cosmetics for anti-aging purposes in skincare. Carrot seed essential oil is also known to have antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, as well as antioxidant properties.
A study on Geranium essential oil shows that its antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiseptic properties make it helpful for reducing acne breakouts, skin irritation, and skin infections when applied topically.
Macadamia oil nourishes the skin and is great a moisturizing substance in addition to Beeswax. Containing high oleic, linoleic, and palmitoleic acid, it’s been known to treat stretch marks, prevent chapping, and reduce scars. Furthermore, Macadamia oil helps smooth and repair dry hair.
Coconut oil helps support your skin’s protective barrier layer, trapping moisture inside and keeping skin flexible and hydrated and thus helps reduce inflammation. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it good for irritated, chafed skin. Another interesting fact about Coconut oil is that it increases collagen production.
There is evidence that Thyme oil is effective at reducing acne-causing bacteria on the skin. A study that compared thyme oil to oregano oil found that both were able to eliminate bacteria, but that oregano oil was more effective.
You can use calming Lavender oil for the skin to help reduce redness, blotchy patches, and acne scarring. Lavender oil has anti-inflammatory properties that make it great for soothing and healing skin that is irritated or reddened from the sun, insect bites, or bacteria.
Contains iron, zinc, copper, calcium, anti-viral properties, anti-septic properties, anti-fungal properties, magnesium, vitamin E, and B12.
