There is also a heated indoor pool for patients who need hydrotherapy.
Truwellness was established to give people an all-in-one centre to cater for their health, fitness and well-being needs. Marius and our practitioners have used their wealth of experience in the health and wellness industry to offer well-researched, natural, health-supporting supplementation.
